Dave Bailey Memorial Scholarship
The David Bailey Memorial Scholarship is exactly as it sounds. West End
with the help of NOVA Rugby Mens RFC is dedicated in helping Dave live on in
spirit. Every year the club will give out one scholarship to a player to be used
on furthering his education at the college level while continuing to develop his
rugby skills. Potential candidates can get more information from the coaching
